Abstract
The research aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy, investment decisions, and consumption levels on the use of the SeaBank financial application among students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi. This study employs a quantitative method utilizing online questionnaires distributed to a sample of 92 students, selected through the Slovin formula and accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS 25 software. The results indicate that the regression model successfully passed the classical assumption tests. Furthermore, both partially (t-test) and simultaneously (F-test), all three variables have a positive and significant effect on the use of the SeaBank application. This study concludes that enhancing financial literacy is crucial for students to optimize digital investment features while controlling impulsive consumptive behavior
