Privacy Statement
Jurnal Akuntansi, Manajemen dan Bisnis Digital (JAMBD)
JAMBD uses personal information only for legitimate scholarly publishing, journal administration, and research-integrity purposes.
1. Information Collected
JAMBD and OJS may collect names, email addresses, affiliations, ORCID identifiers, user roles, account information, submission metadata, editorial correspondence, peer-review activity, and technical information needed to operate the journal.
2. Purpose
Information is used for account administration, submission, peer review, editorial communication, production, publication, indexing, integrity investigation, and maintenance of the scholarly record.
3. Published Author Information
Names, affiliations, correspondence information designated for publication, ORCID identifiers, contribution statements, and other article metadata may be published as part of the scholarly record.
4. Reviewer Confidentiality
Where a blind-review model is used, reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors unless the reviewer has explicitly agreed and the journal model permits disclosure. Reviewer reports and identities are handled under the peer-review policy.
5. Third Parties
Personal data are not sold to advertisers. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary for journal operations, technical hosting, indexing, DOI/metadata registration, legal compliance, or research-integrity processes, subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Security and Retention
The publisher takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect journal data. Some editorial and publication records may be retained long term because they form part of the scholarly and research-integrity record.
7. Privacy Questions
Questions about personal data used by JAMBD should be submitted through the official Contact page.
