Modeli Pembinaan Ketertiban Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Futsal Dengan Pendekatan Smart Discipline In Sport Di Min 1 Bengkulu Tengah
Abstract
This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the orderliness, discipline, and responsibility of students participating in the futsal extracurricular at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah through the implementation of the Smart Discipline in Sport coaching model. The problems identified include the low level of student discipline in attending training, lack of compliance with activity rules, and suboptimal character development through sports activities. These conditions have the potential to hinder the learning process and the development of students' sports achievements. The implementation method of the activity is carried out through several stages, namely initial observation, needs identification, preparation of the coaching program, socialization of the Smart Discipline in Sport concept, training and mentoring, and program evaluation. The Smart Discipline in Sport approach emphasizes the formation of disciplined behavior through clear rules, positive habituation, motivation, character strengthening, as well as continuous evaluation. The duration of the extracurricular activities. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of discipline in sports, increased compliance with training rules, punctuality, responsibility for sports equipment, as well as the ability to work together in a team. In addition, mentors and coaches gained a better understanding of sports-based character development strategies that can be applied sustainably. This program also received positive feedback from the school because it was able to support the formation of student character in line with educational goals. Based on the results of the activities, it can be concluded that the implementation of the student order development model in futsal extracurricular activities using the Smart Discipline in Sport approach is effective in enhancing students' discipline and positive character. This program is recommended to be implemented continuously and can be developed in other extracurricular activities to support the broader development of students' character.
