JOURNAL POLICY • TRANSPARENCY & RESEARCH INTEGRITY

Jurnal Dehasen Untuk Negeri is committed to long-term availability and preservation of its scholarly record.

Preserved Content
  • Published article PDFs and supplementary files.
  • Bibliographic metadata, DOI information, issue data, and editorial records required for continuity.
  • Journal policies, templates, and essential website configuration.
Institutional Backup

The publisher maintains routine backups of the OJS database and uploaded files on institutional infrastructure. Backups should be stored separately from the production server and periodically tested for restoration.

External / Distributed Preservation

The journal uses OJS-compatible preservation and repository mechanisms where they are technically enabled by the publisher. The publisher is encouraged to activate and maintain a recognised distributed preservation service such as the PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS/CLOCKSS, or an institutional repository, and to keep the statement on this page consistent with the service actually used.

Format Sustainability

Published content is maintained in commonly supported formats such as PDF and standard bibliographic metadata. When technology changes, the publisher may migrate files or metadata while preserving the scholarly record.
