Article Processing Charges are separated from scientific review and editorial decisions. Payment does not purchase acceptance, positive review, priority, authorship, citation, or guaranteed publication.

The journal publicly discloses its ownership, publisher, editorial team, peer-review process, fees, contact information, publication ethics, licensing, and correction mechanisms.
