Analysis Of The Regional Government Information System To Improve Employee Performance At BKPSDM In Dairi Regency
Abstract
SIPD was developed to provide interconnected, electronic-based regional government information services. This system allows for a more structured planning, budgeting, implementation, administration, reporting, and evaluation process. Regional governments are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and accountable data so that every decision is based on valid information. This is crucial because the quality of the information generated by the system will impact the quality of planning, control, and performance of regional apparatus organizations. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that the information system helps accelerate work processes, improve data accuracy, simplify report preparation, strengthen documentation, and support more effective personnel services. However, the success of information system implementation is greatly influenced by the quality of human resources, technological infrastructure, network stability, system integration, and organizational commitment.
