Abstract
This study analyzes the effects of resources, transformational leadership, and compensation on employee performance at PT Buana Jaya Megah Properti Medan. An explanatory quantitative design was applied using primary data collected through questionnaires from 60 employees. Purposive sampling selected respondents who met predetermined criteria, and the data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results show that resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (B = 0.352; robust t = 2.858; p = 0.006). Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.554; robust t = 3.960; p < 0.001). Compensation has a positive but statistically insignificant partial effect after controlling for the other variables (B = 0.121; robust t = 1.129; p = 0.264). Simultaneously, the three predictors significantly affect employee performance (F = 122.481; p < 0.001), with an adjusted R² of 0.861. The findings indicate that management should prioritize leadership strengthening and resource adequacy to improve work quality, timeliness, and employee accountability.
