Strategi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Era Kurikulum Merdeka di Paud Rizqullah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong

Abstract

Leadership School principals play a crucial role in improving the quality of early childhood education services, particularly in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum, which requires a paradigm shift in the management and implementation of learning. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to enhance the understanding of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers and principals regarding effective leadership strategies to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The activity was conducted at PAUD Rizqullah in Rejang Lebong District using methods such as seminars, training sessions, and interactive discussions. Participants in the activity consisted of PAUD school principals and teachers who were actively involved throughout the implementation of the activity. The results of the activity showed that the participants had high enthusiasm, evident from their active participation in the seminars and the numerous questions asked during the discussion sessions. This activity successfully expanded the participants’ knowledge and understanding of the importance of the school principal’s leadership role in enhancing the quality of early childhood education services. With this training, it is hoped that school principals and teachers will be able to apply adaptive, collaborative, and innovative leadership strategies so that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum can run optimally.
