Abstract

Human resource capacity building in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a critical factor in addressing the challenges of digital transformation at the local level, particularly in Teluknaga Subdistrict. This region has significant economic potential but still faces limitations in digital literacy, access to technology, and the ability of business owners to adapt to digital developments. This study aims to analyze efforts to enhance the digital-based HR capacity of MSMEs in order to improve business productivity and competitiveness in Teluknaga Subdistrict. The methodology employed is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that human resource capacity building can be achieved through digital literacy training, the use of e-commerce platforms, the optimization of social media as a marketing tool, and the utilization of digital financial applications for business management. Furthermore, the roles of local government, training institutions, and the private sector are crucial in providing guidance, access to training, and supporting infrastructure. In conclusion, strengthening the digital-based human resource capacity of MSMEs in Teluk Naga Subdistrict can expand market reach and drive local economic growth. Therefore, ongoing training among stakeholders is necessary to support the inclusive and sustainable digital transformation of MSMEs.
