Implementasi Tata Kelola Karyawan Berbantuan Platform Digital dalam Mewujudkan Lingkungan Kerja Produktif dan Sejahtera

Abstract

This Community Service Program was conducted in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, focusing on the implementing digital platform-assisted employee for community members and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This activity was motivated by the need for the adapt to digital employee governance, increasing productivity and enhancing the competitiveness of small businesses.The methods employed in this program included mentoring, educational outreach, discussions, and hands-on training in the use of on practice using digital attendance applications such as HRKit, Talenta, or even Google Forms. In addition to attendance applications, practice was also conducted on task management and productivity platforms such as Trello or WhatsApp Business, as well as digital bookkeeping and payroll platforms such as BukuKas, Jurnal.id, or Accurate. The results of the program indicated an improvement in the understanding of community members and MSME actors regarding the benefits of digital platform-assisted employee governance, ranging from ease of employee management, increased employee productivity, operational efficiency, and employee well-being. Therefore, this activity is expected to encourage a digital transformation in more inclusive and sustainable employee management in Tegal Maja Village.
