Abstract

The use of the Dana app as a digital wallet platform has become an innovative solution in supporting practical, fast, and secure financial transactions. This study aims to analyze the benefits, features, and challenges of using the Dana app among the public. The study shows that the Dana app facilitates digital payments, money transfers, and purchases of daily necessities. Additionally, features such as transaction security with encryption technology, loyalty programs, and ease of integration with various services make this application increasingly popular. However, obstacles such as dependence on internet connection and user digital literacy are challenges that must be overcome. By optimizing education and technology development, the Dana application has the potential to continue to improve financial inclusion in Indonesia.
