Analysis of Job Training, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Aqualis Febricare Main Branch Medan
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of job training, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance at PT Aqualis Fabricare, Medan Main Branch. A quantitative approach with a descriptive research design was employed. The study population comprised all 40 employees of PT Aqualis Fabricare, Medan Main Branch. A saturated sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population served as the study's respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed both in person and via Google Forms and supplemented by interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained through a literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the multiple linear regression method. The results indicate that job training, work discipline, and the work environment each have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three independent variables also exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The findings suggest that enhancing the effectiveness of training programs, implementing consistent work discipline, and creating a comfortable and conducive work environment can collectively optimize employee performance.
