Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of perception, personality, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Herfinta Farm & Plantation. Employees’ perceptions of their work environment affect how they interpret, evaluate, and carry out their responsibilities. In addition, personality reflects individual characteristics that shape employees’ behavior and work patterns. Meanwhile, work motivation serves as an internal driving force that enhances employees’ enthusiasm, commitment, and dedication in achieving organizational goals. The combination of positive perceptions, supportive personality traits, and high work motivation is expected to contribute to improved employee performance. This research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 64 employees of PT. Herfinta Farm & Plantation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0. The results revealed that: (1) perception has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) personality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) perception, personality, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Herfinta Farm & Plantation. These findings indicate that better employee perceptions, more positive personality traits, and higher levels of work motivation are associated with improved employee performance.
