Abstract

The phenomenon of the Strawberry Generation has become a significant challenge in developing high-quality human resources, particularly among vocational high school students who must prepare for the demands of the modern workforce. This generation is often characterized by low adaptability, a tendency to give up easily, and limited mental resilience when facing pressure. This community service program aims to enhance soft skills and foster a strong work mentality among students of SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Tengah through an integrated training approach. The implementation methods include socialization sessions, interactive workshops, case studies, and mentoring activities designed to strengthen communication skills, teamwork, emotional management, and personal resilience in workplace situations. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of the importance of soft skills, along with positive changes in attitudes and readiness to face real-world professional challenges. This program provides a significant contribution to character development and is expected to serve as a sustainable model for empowering young generations in navigating the dynamics of the modern era.
