Meningkatkan Produktivitas UMKM Melalui Penguatan Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja
Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the national economy yet continue to face challenges regarding human resources. Observations in Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency, reveal that MSME operators face limitations in product marketing, low human resource competence, and a lack of understanding regarding financial report preparation; these issues hinder optimal business management and sales growth. Amidst intensifying business competition, MSME operators are required to be innovative and adaptable while working effectively and efficiently. This Community Service (PKM) initiative aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSME operators by strengthening their competencies and work motivation. The program was implemented through material presentations, simulations, and interactive discussions involving lecturers, students, and MSME operators in Teluknaga District. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and basic financial management, alongside increased motivation to develop their businesses sustainably.
