Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi SDM Berbasis Mindset & Service Excellence di Desa Gunung Bunder 1 Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources (HR) is a critical factor in supporting the economic and social development of communities. Rapid technological advancements and increasing business competition require individuals to possess strong competencies, a positive mindset, and excellent service capabilities. This Community Service Program (CSP), conducted in Gunung Bunder 1 Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, aimed to enhance human resource competencies through a mindset development and service excellence approach.The methods employed included educational seminars, training sessions, interactive discussions, simulations, and evaluations. The topics delivered covered human resource competency development, growth mindset, effective communication, service ethics, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of service excellence principles. The results of the program demonstrated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the importance of self-development, positive thinking, and high-quality service as essential competencies for addressing challenges in both business environments and community life. This program is expected to contribute to the development of superior, professional, and competitive human resources.
