Abstract

Mosques are the center of worship for their congregations, so they require effective management strategies to improve services to their congregations and strengthen their presence in the community. One such institution is the Ar-Raudho Mosque. The purpose of this community service is to improve management knowledge and understanding for mosque leaders and administrators, and to create an effective and efficient organizational system. This activity was carried out at the Ar-Raudho Mosque for mosque administrators and representatives of the congregation. The methods used in this community service were lectures and discussions. The results of this community service activity were increased knowledge and understanding of mosque management for mosque administrators and the creation of a more effective and efficient mosque management organizational system
