Pendampingan Pengelolaan Karyawan Berbasis Digital Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Umkm Tema Bambu Desa Tegal Maja

Abstract

This Community Service Program (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat/PKM) was conducted on May 24, 2026, in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The program was organized by Group 4 students of the Master of Management Program at Pamulang University, consisting of Aat Andriatna, Indah Febrianti, Tri Mutia, and Uray Putra Apryandi, under the academic supervision of Dr. Rian Sri Rahayu, S.Si., S.Pd., M.Pd., and Dr. Mukhlis Cation, M.Ed.The activity aimed to provide assistance to business owners and managers of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the village regarding more effective human resource management through the implementation of digital-based management systems. The main challenges faced by the partner MSMEs included limited understanding of structured employee management, insufficient human resources for financial record-keeping, weak marketing strategies, and low participation in training activities. The methods employed in this program consisted of counseling, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of the importance of digital marketing through social media platforms, the adoption of digital financial systems such as QRIS and digital wallets, and the urgency of implementing structured human resource development practices. It is expected that this program will encourage MSMEs in Tegal Maja Village to expand their market reach and compete in national and even international markets.
