Edukasi Literasi Keuangan Dan Pemahaman Manajemen Keuangan Dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Pada UMKM Desa Gunung Bunder 1
Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play an important role in supporting community economic growth. However, many business owners still face challenges in financial management. One of the problems identified among business actors in Gunung Bunder 1 Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, is the limited understanding of financial literacy, financial recording, and cash flow management. This community service program aimed to improve participants’ understanding of financial literacy and financial management practices. The methods included counseling, training, simulation, interactive discussions, and assistance in preparing simple financial records. The participants consisted of thirty business owners. The results showed improved understanding regarding the separation of personal and business finances, transaction recording, preparation of simple profit and loss statements, and cash flow management. The program contributed positively to strengthening business sustainability and improving the financial management capacity of local enterprises.
