Transformasi Digital UMKM Melalui Sosialisasi Literasi Keuangan Digital Di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including business financial management. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are required to adapt to technological developments in order to remain competitive in the business environment. One of the efforts that can be undertaken is improving digital financial literacy. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Bengkulu City in utilizing digital financial services effectively, safely, and efficiently. The implementation method includes problem identification, needs analysis, and the delivery of educational sessions through material presentation, interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and hands-on practice using digital financial applications. The materials provided cover the basic concepts of digital financial literacy, types of digital financial services, the benefits of digital transactions, and security aspects in digital financial activities. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of digital financial literacy as well as their ability to conduct transactions using digital payment applications. In addition, MSME actors have become more aware of the importance of utilizing digital technology to support their business activities. Therefore, this program is expected to encourage the digital transformation of MSMEs in Bengkulu City, thereby improving their competitiveness in the modern era.
