Digitalisasi Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayananpublik di Kelurahan Indralayaraya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
Abstract
This Community Service Activity was carried out by Lecturers of the Satya Negara PalembangCollege of Administrative Sciences (STIA) as part of fulfilling the obligation to implement the Tridarma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service. In this CommunityService activity, the main focus is to socialize and explain matters related to improving the qualityof public services and the implementation of digitalization of public services at the village level, including effectiveness, efficiency, and challenges faced in its implementation at the Indralaya Raya Village Office, Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this activity is toincrease the understanding of village officials regarding the importance of digitalization in public services and to encourage the creation of faster, more transparent, and more accountable public services through digital systems. This improvement in the quality of public services must be carried out by village officials because villages are the spearhead of government that deal directlywith the community in fulfilling basic needs. Quality services will provide satisfaction, increase public trust, and create transparency at the Indralaya Raya Village Office, Indralaya District, OganIlir Regency. The results of this activity indicate that the village apparatus has successfullyimproved the quality of public services provided to the residents of Indralaya Raya by shorteningbureaucratic procedures, accelerating completion times, and reducing service costs. This includes the implementation of digital technology in the form of the Semesta Ogan Ilir application, anelectronic administrative management system that utilizes the latest technology used by civil servant (ASN) to optimize work and make services more effective and efficient. To further optimize this, additional infrastructure, such as adequate computers and printers, internet access, and an increase in human resources, is needed. Existing personnel need to continually improve their skills and competencies by participating in training, technical guidance, and workshops relevant to their field of work.
