Abstract
This Community Service Activity aims to improve students’ understanding and skills in monitoring physical fitness in a structured manner through the utilization of digital technology. The activity was carried out at SMPN 01 Tanjung Kemuning, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, from 24–29 November 2025, with students participating in the volleyball extracurricular program as the primary target group. The partner’s main problems included the absence of a structured physical fitness monitoring management system and the low level of digital technology utilization in students’ physical fitness development. To address these issues, the community service activity was implemented through socialization sessions, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring on the use of the SIPGAR Application as a tool for monitoring physical fitness. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of the importance of physical fitness, as well as improved skills in using the SIPGAR Application to independently monitor their physical fitness conditions. In addition, extracurricular coaches obtained baseline data on students’ physical fitness that can be used as a basis for evaluation and planning of training programs. This activity made a positive contribution to establishing an initial technology-based physical fitness monitoring management system within the school environment.
