PENGARUH SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA DAN REMUNERASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN NORMATIF DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERAWAT RAWAT INAP DI RS BHAKTI MULIA
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilandaskan hasil observasi awal yang menginformasikan banyaknya perawat yang mengundurkan diri di tahun 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara empiris pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi terhadap komitmen normatif dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perawat rawat inap. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability, dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus slovin tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan metode analisa menggunakan analisa three box method serta PLS-SEM. Hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa secara sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen normatif dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sehingga dengan kepuasan kerja maka sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi dapat lebih tinggi mempengaruhi komitmen normatif, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen normatif dan mampu mengintervensi pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja dan remunerasi, Sistem penilaian kinerja merupakan variabel dominan yang mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen normatif, sedangkan remunerasi merupakan variabel terendah dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen normatif.
