PENGETAHUAN, MOTIVASI, DAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL PRANIKAH PADA REMAJA
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Masa remaja merupakan tahap krusial dalam proses perkembangan manusia. Remaja lebih rentan terhadap berbagai kondisi kesehatan, termasuk penyakit menular seksual, dibandingkan dengan populasi dewasa. Perilaku seksual berisiko ditandai dengan berbagai perilaku berbahaya seperti seks pranikah, berganti-ganti pasangan seksual, dan unprotected sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan motivasi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK N 03 Manokwari sebanyak 118 siswa dengan sampel sejumlah 91 siswa. Teknik samplingnya adalah simple random sampling. Variable independentnya adalah pengetahuan dan motivasi, sedangkan variable dependentnya adalah perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Berdasarkan hasil uji Spearman Rank antara variable pengetahuan dengan perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja didapatkan nilai p value 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil uji Spearman Rank juga didapatkan bahwa koefisien korelasi adalah (-) 0,597. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja di SMK Negeri 03 Kabupaten Manokwari dan ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja di SMK Negeri 03 Kabupaten Manokwari.
