ANALISIS KESIAPAN RSUD LAWANG KABUPATEN MALANG MENUJU RUMAH SAKIT RAMAH LINGKUNGAN (GREEN HOSPITAL)
Abstract
Studi ini berfokus pada kesiapan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Lawang untuk menerapkan konsep Rumah Sakit Hijau, yang bertujuan untuk mendorong pelayanan kesehatan berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan lingkungan. Studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan peninjauan dokumen. Berdasarkan temuan, 72% dari sepuluh elemen penilaian Kementerian Kesehatan menunjukkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Rumah Sakit Hijau. Manajemen makanan (100%) dan pengelolaan limbah (86%) merupakan elemen yang paling banyak dinilai, sementara efisiensi energi (38%) dan kebersihan lingkungan (50%) masih kurang. Izin lingkungan dan instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) telah tersedia di RSUD Lawang, tetapi belum ada Surat Keputusan atau tim Rumah Sakit Hijau resmi.
