HUBUNGAN TANDA-TANDA HIPERTENSI PORTAL DENGAN KEJADIAN PERDARAHAN VARISES ESOPHAGUS PADA PASIEN SIROSIS HEPATIS
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Varises esofagus merupakan suatu kondisi yang biasanya dikaitkan dengan sirosis dan hipertensi portal, di mana vena esofagus kecil menjadi melebar dan pecah akibat tekanan yang meningkat pada sistem portal. Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari hubungan antara tanda-tanda hipertensi portal dengan kejadian perdarahan varises esofagus pada pasien sirosis hati. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien dengan sirosis hati di RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu sebanyak 39 pasien. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara tanda-tanda hipertensi portal dengan kejadian perdarahan varises esofagus pada pasien sirosis hepatis dengan nilai p value (p = 0,000).
