The Effect Of Price And Service Quality On Organic Fertilizer Purchase Decisions At Toko Sihan Tani Lahat
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality on organic fertilizer purchasing decisions at the Sihan Tani Lahat store. The results showed that (1) price has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (6.137 > 1.990). (2) service quality has a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t table (3.830 > 1.990). (3) price and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated f value > f table (50.103 > 3.960), with a significance value lower than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
