Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara parsial maupun bersama – sama pengaruh motivasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Dan Penelitian Pengembangan OKU Timur.
