Abstract

This study has several limitations. First, the research was conducted only on undergraduate Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tadulako, class of 2022, so the findings cannot be generalized to students from different academic backgrounds or institutions. Second, the sample size was relatively limited, involving only 77 respondents, which may not fully represent the diversity of students’ learning experiences in non-formal environments. Third, this study focused only on the role of learning motivation as a mediating variable, while other factors such as self-regulated learning, time management, learning habits, and individual characteristics may also influence students' learning productivity. Therefore, future studies are expected to involve broader samples and examine additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of students’ productivity in Work From Café environments.
