Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and perceived ease of use of financial applications on the financial management behavior of civil servants (ASN) in Medan Petisah District. As digital technology continues to advance, the use of financial applications has become a practical tool for individuals, including government employees, to manage their personal finances more effectively. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method conducted among civil servants in the region. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Additionally, the perceived ease of use of financial applications also significantly influences individual financial management behavior. These findings indicate that improving financial literacy and ensuring user-friendly financial technologies can enhance the financial management capabilities of civil servants
