Pengaruh Keterbukaan Informasi Terhadap Kepercayaan Masyarakat Melalui Website Si-Doi (Disdukcapil) Kota Palangka Raya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the influence of Information Disclosure on public trust in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Palangka Raya City. The population in this study consisted of 140 people, and the sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, resulting in a sample of 103 people. The data processed were the results of a questionnaire distributed to users of the SI-DOI website at the Palangka Raya City Disdukcapil. The sampling techniques used were purposive and accidental sampling, while data analysis used a simple regression model through SPSS version 27. Based on the results of data analysis through simple regression hypothesis testing, it was found that information disclosure through the SI-DOI website at the Palangka Raya City Disdukcapil had a significant and positive effect on public trust. This means that the better the information disclosure at the Palangka Raya City Disdukcapil, the higher the public trust in this agency. This research is important because public information disclosure is a key pillar in strengthening accountability and public trust in the government, while also promoting responsive and reliable public services in the digital era.
