Pengaruh Keterbukaan Informasi Pemanfaatan Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Universitas Palangka Raya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information transparency regarding the utilization of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Palangka Raya. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of 150 students, with 108 respondents selected as samples using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that information transparency on the utilization of UKT has a positive effect on student satisfaction, with a contribution of 7.1%. However, the relatively small contribution suggests that other factors beyond information transparency also influence the level of student satisfaction.
