Abstract

This study aims to determine how training and education partially and simultaneously influence employee performance at the Empat Lawang District Health Office. The sample size for this study was 61 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS, to produce a regression equation . The results showed a significant effect between training and employee performance at the Empat Lawang District Health Office, and a significant effect between education and employee performance at the Empat Lawang District Health Office. The F-test indicated that competency and work environment simultaneously influenced employee performance at the Empat Lawang District Health Office.
