The Influence Of Leadership Style And Coordination On Performance In The Health Office Of Muara Enim Regency
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Coordination on Employee Performance at the MuaraEnim Regency Health Office, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative research method with 52 MuaraEnim Regency Health Office employees as respondents. The study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26.The results indicate that Leadership Style and Coordination significantly influence Employee Performance at the MuaraEnim Regency Health Office, both partially and simultaneously.
