Analysis Of Employee Performance In The Public Works And Spatial Planning Department Of Empat Lawang Regency
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of the employee placement system on improving employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Empat Lawang Regency and to analyze the influence of the employee work system on improving employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Empat Lawang Regency. The research methods were Observation, Interview, Literature study (Library research), Online Data Search and Documentation. Furthermore, the results of the Qualitative descriptive analysis of the research variables will be discussed, namely the Employee Placement System of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency and the Employee Work System of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency. This analysis includes two variables, namely the Employee Placement System of the PUPR Agency of Empat Lawang Regency and the Employee Work System of the PUPR Agency of Empat Lawang Regency. The employee placement system consists of two indicators, namely employee competence and employee education and training for employee work systems are also divided into two indicators, namely work ability and work motivation. The Employee Placement System of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Empat Lawang Regency is based on competence, Education and Training. Of these two indicators, the most prominent in terms of employee placement is Education and Training based on the results of direct interviews with employees of the PUPR Agency. Employee performance system Related to the employee work system at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Empat Lawang Regency is influenced by two main factors, namely human resource capabilities and work motivation. The most fundamental problem is human resource capabilities, where even though many programs are carried out by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Empat Lawang Regency in order to stimulate employees in accelerating their performance, limited human resources are the main obstacle.
