Abstract

This study examines the influence of company policies, work–life balance, and financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indah Mandiri Sari. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of the partial tests show that company policies, work–life balance, and financial compensation each have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The simultaneous test results also indicate that these three variables jointly have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination reveals an Adjusted R Square value of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by company policies, work–life balance, and financial compensation, while the remaining 7.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that improving company policies, maintaining work–life balance, and providing fair financial compensation are essential in enhancing employee job satisfaction.
