Public Perception Of The Use Of E-Money In Bengkulu
Abstract
E-commerce has grown rapidly in the digital era, as have the payment methods available, one of which is e-money. The use of electronic money (e-money) can be an alternative to cashless payments, significantly reducing the use of cash, both paper and metal. With this development, the government is also actively supporting this, including the increasing number of businesses and transportation services using e-money as a means of payment. This policy will undoubtedly generate various responses and reactions from the people of Bengkulu City. The results of this research will demonstrate that the implementation and implementation of e-money has been very good. However, there are still several shortcomings that need to be addressed, such as in the areas of technology and service. This analysis is based on an assessment using the basic Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
