Analysis Of Professional Competence And Career Management System In Improving Human Resource Effectiveness In Pematang Serai Village
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of professional competence and career management system on the effectiveness of human resources (HR) in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. Professional competence, which includes technical skills, knowledge, and work attitudes, and career management system that includes career planning, training, and career development, are seen as two important factors that can influence the effectiveness of individual work in village organizations. The method used in this study is a quantitative method where the quantitative method in this study is related to data that describes the condition of village communities in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency, which can make significant good changes to increase income. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with statistical testing using SPSS v. 25.
