Abstract

This is a correlational study examining the influence of motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on the performance of financial management employees at PT Bengkulu Semarak Permai (PT BSP). The study sample consisted of all financial management employees. The variables used were motivation, work discipline, work environment, and performance, measured using statement items in a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Multiple linear regression was used as the analysis technique. A total of 45 respondents were processed. The results of this study found that motivation and work discipline variables had a significant positive influence on the performance of financial management employees at PT BSP. The higher the employee's motivation and work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. The work environment variable was not proven to have an effect on the performance of financial management employees at PT BSP, possibly due to the less than optimal working environment at PT BSP. Overall, the regression model testing showed a good fit with a high Adjusted R-Square value, indicating the regression model was able to predict performance.
