The Influence Of Human Resource Development And Work Productivity On Employee Performance At PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Human Resource Development and Work Productivity on employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative study. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 26.784 + 0.137 X1 + 0.324 X2 + 3.299. The coefficients are positive, meaning there is a positive or direct relationship between the variables of Human Resource Development (X1) and work productivity (X2) with employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu. The test results for Human Resource Development (X1) show that t-count 2.245 > t-table 1.660 and significance 0.027 < 0.05, thus accepting hypothesis Ha and rejecting Ho. This means that Human Resource Development (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu. The test results for work productivity (X2) show that t-count 5.197 > t-table 1.660 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, thus accepting hypothesis Ha and rejecting Ho. This means that work productivity (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu. Based on the comparison of the F-count value with the F-table value, it is found that F-count is greater than F-table, i.e., 17.920 > 2.70, therefore, it is concluded to accept the hypothesis, meaning there is a simultaneous effect of Human Resource Development (X1) and Work Productivity (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu.
