Comparative Analysis Of Women's Leadership Styles On Employee Performance At PT. Zafa Mulia Mandiri And The Women’s Solidarity Institute

Abstract

This study aims to compare women's leadership styles in two organizations, namely PT Zafa Mulia Mandiri and the Women's Solidarity Institute, and examine their influence on employee performance. This study applies a quantitative approach with primary data collection through questionnaires given to all employees. The study population consisted of 60 employees in each organization, and the sampling technique used a saturated sampling method (census), so that all members of the population were used as research samples. The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference in women's leadership styles with a significance value of 0.17, while in employee performance there was a significant difference between PT Zafa Mulia Mandiri and the Women's Solidarity Institute with a significance value of 0.002. This indicates that the increase in employee performance in each PT and the Women's Solidarity Institute.
