Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination. The findings show that hedonistic lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on financial literacy, while financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy. Simultaneously, hedonistic lifestyle and financial behavior significantly affect the financial literacy of Generation Z employees at SayGroup Medan. The research model also demonstrates a very strong explanatory power for variations in financial literacy.
