Abstract

Administrative services at the urban village level are public services that are directly related to community needs, such as applications for Business Certificates, Certificates of Indigency, Domicile Certificates, and Cover Letters. However, administrative services that are still carried out manually may cause several problems, including long queues, service delays, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring submission status. This study aims to develop a mobile application for administrative services at Nusa Indah Urban Village using Kodular and TinyDB. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The application was developed as an Android-based application with main features including user authentication, service dashboard, user profile, letter submission, supporting documents, submission data management, local data storage, service status, letter documents, and user guidance. TinyDB was used as a local data storage medium to store login data, user profiles, letter submission data, submission history, supporting documents, and service status. The application was tested using the black-box testing method to determine the suitability of application functions based on the given inputs and generated outputs. The results showed that the application ran according to the design, and all main features tested could be used properly. This application was able to support the process of letter submission, applicant data storage, service status monitoring, and letter document generation in a more practical and organized manner. Therefore, the developed application can serve as an initial prototype to support digital-based urban village administrative services.
