Abstract

Sales administration is an important function in supporting the distribution of subsidized fertilizers through structured data management, documentation, and distribution processes. This study aims to analyze the role of sales administration in supporting the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution at PT Pupuk Indonesia Regional 1A. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using observation and documentation techniques. The results indicate that sales administration plays a significant role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of subsidized fertilizer distribution through farmer data verification, monitoring of the i-Pubers system, management of SPJB documents, and reconciliation of distribution data. The implementation of digital systems such as Digital Office (DOF), Web Content Management (WCM), and i-Pubers has improved data management efficiency and reduced administrative errors. However, several challenges were identified, including unstable internet connectivity, communication delays, and system errors that affected work efficiency. Therefore, improving information systems and strengthening internal coordination are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution.
