PENULARAN INFEKSI HEPATITIS B MELALUI PASANGAN SEKSUAL PADA IBU HAMIL DI KOTA BENGKULU, INDONESIA
Abstract
Latar belakang: Indonesia menempati peringkat kedua negara dengan endemisitas hepatitis B tertinggi di Asia Tenggra, setelah Myanmar. Infeksi virus hepatitis B merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius dikalangan ibu hamil diseluruh dunia. Virus hepatitis B sangat menular dan merupakan penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada ibu hamil. Informasi tentang penularan hepatitis B dikalangan ibu hamil diwilayah ini terbatas, oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan informasi terkini tentang faktor penyebab penularan hepatitis B melalui pasangan seksual di kalangan ibu hamil di Kota Bengkulu. Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case-control. Sampel sebanyak 50 orang dari data sekunder yang diapatkan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bengkulu, Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan konsekutif sampling. Data pasangan seksual dan kejadian hepatitis B pada ibu hamil, diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang divalidasi, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dan bivariat (Chi-Square). Hasil: Uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai asymp.sig (p) = 0,001 karena nilai p < 0.05, maka ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pasangan seksual dengan kejadian Hepatitis B pada ibu hamil dan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) sebesar 7.8 (95% CI = 2.07 – 29.94), artinya responden yang pasangan seksualnya lebih dari satu berisiko 7,8 kali untuk menderita Hepatitis B dibandingkan dengan responden yang pasangan seksualnya hanya satu pasangan seksual. Kesimpulan: Temuan penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pengendalian penularan hepatitis B pada ibu hamil malalui skrinning (HBsAg) untuk mencapai eliminasi global hepatitis B pada tahun 2030.
