PENGARUH COMMUNITY LED TOTAL SANITATION (PEMICUAN) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKSES JAMBAN (PILAR PERTAMA) SANITASI TOTAL BERBASIS MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN BENGKULU SELATAN
Abstract
Pendekatan baru dalam pembangunan kesehatan dengan konsep pemberdayaan menuntut keterlibatan masyarakat mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan dan menentukan keputusan-keputusan mereka sendiri terhadap kegiatan pembangunan di kesehatan khususnya di bidang kesehatan lingkungan. Kegiatan PAMSIMAS dilaksanakan dengan metode partisipatoris. pengelolaan kegiatan diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada masyarakat melalui Tim Kerja Masyarakat (TKM) didampingi fasilitator. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program PAMSIMAS dengan uji “pengaruh†uji t dua sampel berpasangan (paired sampel t–test) untuk mengetahui pengaruh “pemicuan†terhadap peningkatan akses jamban. Proses fasilitasi CLTS (pemicuan) di masyarakat pada prinsipnya adalah pemicuan terhadap rasa jijik, rasa malu, rasa takut sakit, rasa berdosa dan rasa tanggung jawab yang berkaitan perubahan kebiasaan atau prilaku BAB di sembarang tempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemicuan terhadap peningkatan akses jamban di desa sasaran PAMSIMAS di Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan Tahun 2016.
