Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Administrative Service Quality on Discipline and Community Satisfaction in Riak Siabun Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency". The design used in this study is cross-sectional. This study involved 132 people as respondents. The sample taken was 100 people from the entire population of 1,020,002 people with the Slovin formula. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive influence on community satisfaction of 0.758 with a significance level of 95%. That means that 75.8% of the satisfaction of the community who received services in Riak Siabun Village and the remaining 24.2% is influenced by other independent variables that have not been shown in this study, the most influential in satisfying the community who received services is reliability with a regression coefficient of 0.867. The similarity of the sampling technique in the previous study is the same as the current study, namely using the Slovin formula and obtained the same sample of 100 respondents. Previous research had five independent variables that were the same as the current research, including physical form (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). Data analysis in the previous research was the same as the current research, namely multiple linear regression analysis.
