Efektivitas Aplikasi E-Mosi Caper Dalam Pemantauan Nafkah Anak Pasca Perceraian Di Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Bengkulu
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the E-Mosi Caper Application (Electronic Monitoring of the Execution of Financial Rights for Women and Children After Divorce) in monitoring child support obligations after divorce within the jurisdiction of the Bengkulu High Religious Court. This application was developed as a digital innovation to ensure that child support obligations by former husbands who are Civil Servants (ASN) are carried out transparently, monitored properly, and integrated across related institutions. This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and documentation involving key and primary informants directly engaged in the operational process of the application. The findings indicate that the implementation of the E-Mosi Caper Application is relatively effective in enhancing transparency, accountability, and ASN compliance with child support obligations through an automated notification system and direct salary deductions by institutional treasurers. However, its effectiveness is still hindered by users’ low digital literacy and the suboptimal coordination among institutions. Therefore, system improvement and continuous evaluation are necessary to optimize the effectiveness of the application in the future.
