Strategi Komunikasi dalam Pengembangan Wisata Edukatif di Desa Wisata Wahana Candi
Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the educational tourism concept is implemented in Wahana Candi Tourism Village and how educational communication strategies and synergy between stakeholders strengthen the destination’s competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that Wahana Candi implements an educational tourism model based on physical activities and direct experiences through outbound facilities, swimming pools, and outdoor learning. This educational value is reinforced through digital communication strategies, visual communication, and community involvement as local communication is a key element in building educational meaning, strengthening destination identity, and increasing the competitiveness of community base tourism.
