Copyright Policy

Authors who publish with Jurnal Multidisiplin Dehasen (MUDE) retain copyright in their work and grant the journal the right of first publication.

Published articles are simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) . This licence allows others to share and adapt the work provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication in this journal is acknowledged, and any adapted material is distributed under the same licence.

Terms Agreed by Authors

1. Authors Retain Copyright

Authors retain copyright and grant Jurnal Multidisiplin Dehasen (MUDE) the right of first publication. The journal receives the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, preserve, index, and make the article publicly available as part of the scholarly record.

2. Creative Commons Licence

The published work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Users may copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given and derivative works are distributed under the same licence.

3. Non-Exclusive Distribution

Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work, such as depositing it in an institutional repository, including it in a book, or distributing it through an academic platform, provided that the original publication in MUDE is properly acknowledged.

4. Self-Archiving and Online Sharing

Authors are permitted and encouraged to share their scholarly work through institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, or scholarly profiles. When the final published version is shared, authors should provide a complete citation and DOI or official URL linking to the article published by MUDE.

Author Rights

Authors retain copyright in their published work.
Authors retain the right to reuse their article in future scholarly works, teaching materials, books, repositories, and academic presentations, subject to proper acknowledgement of the original publication.
Authors may share the published version through institutional and subject repositories.
Authors may use their published work for educational, academic, and professional purposes consistent with the applicable Creative Commons licence.
Authors remain responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted third-party materials that are not covered by the article's Creative Commons licence.

Journal Publishing Rights

By publishing with MUDE, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication and permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, preserve, archive, index, and make the article available through the journal website and legitimate scholarly information services.

This publishing right does not transfer ownership of copyright from the author(s) to the journal.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for ensuring that photographs, figures, tables, instruments, datasets, illustrations, extensive quotations, or other third-party materials included in a manuscript may legally be reproduced and published.

Where permission is required, authors must obtain appropriate written permission before publication. Material that is not covered by the article's Creative Commons licence should be clearly identified with its own copyright or licensing information.

Attribution Requirement

When an article or part of an article is shared or reused, users should provide appropriate credit to the author(s), identify Jurnal Multidisiplin Dehasen (MUDE) as the original place of publication, provide the DOI or article URL where available, provide a link to the licence, and indicate whether changes were made.
